Since the update today I have been unable to launch more than one client at a time with Multi-Launch, is anyone else having this problem too?

I've tried on both of my computers and neither is working.

I have still been able too. Are you launching with texmod? That tends to not work until I DL the update for me.

Can't seem to get this working, when i open one it works, then i open the other one and the loader freezes until i close the first guild wars client and then the second one opens up.

I'm likewise unsuccessful with this. I've followed the youtube tutorial to the letter and when I launch both arguments I will see two GW windows briefly before one disappears and one remains.

Ok, so I've been using the guild wars Multi Launcher for a long time now to run my 2 accounts both in the same time from the same computer, but apparently now it just won't run.

The only one that is working is my main client, the place I installed GW in the first place, the other copy doesn't worky anymore. I tried different such clients and it still didn't fix the problem. And it all came out of sudden :| . Anybody experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

The exact same thing just happened to me today. I even went to the multilauch website to try to download the a new version and the 32bit file unzips as an empty folder. GWx2 still works but I preferred GW multilaunch.

Ok here's something new and confusing. If I run the .exe program from the zipped folder, it works but goes to the initial set up screen, but it allows me to run multiple accounts but if I try to extract the folder or create a shortcut then it generates an error message "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.IWishRuntimeLibrary. Version=1.0.0.0. Culture=neitral. PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

I'm on Vista premium 32bit.

I haven't tried any new version, I'm still on 0.6 64bit.
Just tested it on my 4 accounts and it works fine. Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Some Windows update made it impossible for Multilaunch to launch without being ran in admin mode. So launch it as admin and you'll all be fine.

I downloaded the GWMultiLaunch v0.6 64bit client from this thread and it works well. But every time I log into my GW1 account, I get a GW2 authentication email at the same time. How can that be? Is it because my GW1 and GW2 accounts are linked together?
Hope that does not mean anything bad… Maybe someone of you has an explanation.

I use the same program and have no problems at all. I do not get any authentication message and my GW & GW2 accounts are linked.

I'm having issues in Win7 32bit, haven't seen anyone mention it working through that OS? I'm running everything as Admin, have copied files over and over, unticked Read Only for everything and still nothing prevails. If anyone has any information, it would be great.

You could try running in compatibility mode.

Right click on your GW shortcut and click properties > compatibility > run in compatibility mode > choose your mode (WinXP, Win8, Vista, etc.)

I have not toyed with multilaunch on my windows 8 because I really don't need it atm but I have found running in compat mode fixes a lot of older games that don't seem to like the newer OS.

This is a minor problem but TexMod doesn't seem to work with GWMultilaunch anymore, when I try to start it, it simply runs Gw.
I tried to move the folder around : in Guild Wars folder (with screens, templates), in the Gw1 folder, also tried to edit the .ini for TexMod Gw Path, but didn't change anything.
I'm using the last version of GWM, with a new computer Win7 Pro N. Gw folders are in a SSD DD.
Let me know if you've experienced that or if you have suggestions! Thanks

Hello

So i just now found GWML and i have a question that i couldnt find answered before ( i think..... )

I would like to run 2 copies of my gw acc...one with my main character and the other with the secundary character that im leveling (note: i only have 1 guild wars account)

Is it possible? and if it is can someone explain to me how to do it?

it is not possible-- multi-launch is for multiple accounts.
if you try to log into an account that is currently active it kicks the first loger-in out.
